Yeah, that oughta help...
Here's one of those articles that I really hate... Although they do say some of the right things, like, "The worst thing you can tell a woman who's trying to get pregnant is that she just needs to relax," the overall message is that probably relaxation is a huge step in the right direction.

I think a trip to China would help...no, not with fertility, but it's a lot of fun and certainly as effective as the snake oil cures other people propose.

Yep, it is all our fault for not spending enough time pampering ourselves! Silly stressed out infertiles!
Hey - I know this couple who relaxed for years and years and years and then as soon as they started fertility treatment - bang! pregnant!
Actually I know lots of couples like that. Probably at least ten for each couple who faced the reverse situation...
Good luck with the bag packing. I have no advice, but just waiting to see the complete list.
